Medium/High Voltage Induction Motors
Medium/High Voltage Induction Motors (1 kV to 13.8 kV) are engineered for continuous, heavy-duty drive of critical industrial equipment, including high-capacity pumps, compressors, large fans, and mills. Utilizing Vacuum Pressure Impregnated (VPI) Class F/H insulation and rigid cast iron or fabricated steel frames, these motors deliver power outputs from 200 kW to tens of MW. They ensure maximum energy efficiency (IE3/IE4), minimal vibration, and reduced cabling losses, drastically lowering plant OPEX.
We provide fully customizable engineering solutions, offering flexible cooling configurations (IC611, IC81W, IC01) and integrated smart monitoring (PT100 RTDs, vibration sensors) for SCADA compatibility. Crucially for retrofits and system integration, shaft heights and base frame dimensions can be tailored to match existing foundations and pump alignments, eliminating the need for structural modifications.
